Best. In. Class.

Building on vast experience in designing cloud architectures to fit all sorts of needs, we will assess your current data estate and provide recommendations on how to modernize and streamline your architecture.

Whether your organization is in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotech, medical devices, or another area of life science research, we’re here to help!

Pipeline Development

Processing -omics data isn’t for the faint of heart. Luckily, we double as plumbers! We can build and scale custom pipelines to fit your needs, including RNA-seq, WES/WGS, scRNA-seq, and spatial proteomics.

Machine Learning and AI

Predictions can be a powerful thing if they’re right. We’ve built large-scale models for drug sensitivity, protein structures, diagnostic tests, and even LLMs. The cloud is an excellent place to train and deploy your models.

Scientific Knowhow

Our team isn’t all tech nerds (though we ♥ them, too). Our team includes PhDs with expertise in areas such as structural biology, virology, oncology, immunology, and more!

Cloud Architecture Review.

Data used in bioinformatics is often large, messy, and in esoteric file formats. Luckily for us, cloud-based data lakes are the perfect choice for storing and organizing data at-scale. Plus, having your data available in your cloud environment unlocks its use with other cloud tools for scalable bioinformatics pipelines, machine learning, reporting, and more!

Moving Data Around.

Data siloes happen when your data lives in various places: on lab equipment, on-premises network file server, etc. We’ll help get all your data up in the cloud by building performant data pipelines.

Also, it’s common for our clients to use vendors, but it’s often difficult or slow to get the data transferred so you can start playing with it. That’s why our sFTP-to-data lake pipelines are a hit with our clients. No need to babysit the transfer of terabytes of data from your vendor systems.

Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.

Microsoft's specialized industry cloud for healthcare consists of a broad range of technologies from Microsoft Dynamics (for building an ERM and cohesive patient experiences) to specialized Azure services for health data.

For example, a pre-trained text analytics model for health extracts and labels relevant medical information from text. This can extract medications, diagnoses, and lab metrics from doctor's notes, discharge summaries, clinical documents, and electronic health records.

Azure APIs for FHIR, MedTech, and DICOM.

These services allow for the exchange of data through Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR®) MedTech, and DICOM standards, which is perfect for interfacing with different patient record systems and devices.

The Azure API for FHIR is useful for anyone working with health data in the cloud as it helps to ingest, manage, and persist Protected Health Information (PHI).

This is perfect for organizations that want to use streaming data from devices or images from X-rays, MRIs, or CAT scan in advanced analyses with computer vision or enriching clinical trial and -omics data.

Security and Compliance.

When we deal with human data, privacy is a must. With Azure Blueprints, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and other services, we can ensure you're compliant to standards such as HIPAA/HITECH, HITRUST, ISO 27001:2013, GDPR, and more.
